The William Vale was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was not only spacious but also had breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline. The location was perfect for exploring Brooklyn and the amenities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar.

We faced some issues with the pool being reserved for outside guests.

My stay was great! The terrace was perfect for romantic evenings, and even though the breakfast started late, the room was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. I'd definitely return.

Our family enjoyed six nights in a beautifully appointed room with a balcony, perfect for morning coffee while soaking in stunning views. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Christina at Westlight, who remembered my name and made our dining experience memorable. Make reservations early at Leuca for delicious pizza!

This place suits me perfectly. The 24-hour reception, seasonal outdoor pool, and fitness center provide everything I need. I remember the staff helping me find my lost car keys on my first stay. A tip, take advantage of the poolside snack bar during your visit!
